Parameters:

nodeList - nodeList the top-level nodes of the XML-file

parser - the parser with the lists of information

Throws:

SAXException - when parsing of GTU tag fails

org.opentrafficsim.core.network.NetworkException - when parsing of GTU tag fails

org.opentrafficsim.core.gtu.GTUException - if GTUType defined twice

parseGTUType

typeName - the name of the GTU type.
